Located in Star Lake, New York, Adirondack Pharmacy has been servicing the nearby community since 2002. Our pharmacy is staffed with two pharmacists, Matthew Scott (President/Owner), and Dr. Lacey Folsom (Pharm.D.) as a full time staff Pharmacist and clinical coordinator of Medication Therapy Management (MTM's) and Immunizations.
We are privileged to also have 3 full-time employees. Tammie Bassette (Technician), Jamie Wood (Administrative Assistant) and Jennifer Toohey (Technician). We also have two part time employees, Kendall Daniels (Pharmacy Clerk) and Brianna Hanley (Pharmacy Clerk). All five ladies have had significant on the job pharmacy training as well.
In addition, Adirondack Pharmacy provides the convenience of local home-delivery via courier or delivery by mail. If there is a need to consult our pharmacy staff, we are available to you at the pharmacy Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
